Dog Days + FEATURES + MINI-FEATURE!!!

Hi-Dee-Ho, folks! It's getting to be the Dog Days of summer--those days that are long and hot and all a body wants to do is lay in the shade and do nothing! ~vacationplz (https://www.deviantart.com/vacationplz):relax::iconvacationplz:  It hasn't been all that summery here.  It's been kind of mild with only a couple really hot days.  We had quite a bit of rain this spring so I imagine the seasons are a bit screwed up.  As long as it doesn't dump 4 feet of snow on us in October again, I'll be O.K. with that  I wanted to thank everyone who sent their sympathies on the passing of my cat, Zen. Used the Gadget Trak with his camera´s serial number and found some photos on Flickr taken with his camera, because it seems that the serial number is embedded in the Exif data, and thus the importance of keeping them. He then involved the police and not only found that photographer, but apparently this photographer had bou

Suggestivism

Suggestivism   Birth of a New Category or Beginning of the End of Categories? .techgnotic (https://www.deviantart.com/techgnotic) by techgnotic (https://www.deviantart.com/techgnotic) Just when you thought there couldn’t possibly be another “ism” on the art world horizon, what with the growing accessibility of all  art technique and technology rendering all the “schools of art” equally available and doable and therefore making impossible the dominance  or even existence of any current art “movement” … comes “suggestivism,” the “ism” best summing up what art is in our lives today, defined  more by what it is not, rather than what
